The extension is being built for quick dashboard access while you browse. Browser-based job detection is on the roadmap, but ApplyArc does not promise bulk scraping, autofill, or automatic imports today.

Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings or the Stripe billing portal, in one click. Pro renews automatically each month until you do, then your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for and you move to the free plan. Your data is never deleted. Full billing details: /pricing-faq.

Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. ApplyArc runs on Microsoft Azure, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Absolutely. Export all your job applications, notes, and contacts to CSV anytime from Settings. Your data is always yours. We believe in full data portability, not lock-in.

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days, as required by GDPR. We'll send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

No. Your resume, job applications, and generated content are never used to train AI models. Your data is processed only to provide the service and is not shared with AI providers for training purposes.

The AI Career Coach is a personal job search assistant that sees your entire pipeline and tells you what to do each day. It gives daily briefings, runs mock interviews specific to roles on your board, analyses rejection patterns, coaches salary negotiations, and tracks your STAR Bank of achievements. No other job tracker has anything like it.

Each morning, the Coach reviews your Kanban board and generates a prioritised action plan. It flags overdue follow-ups, upcoming interview deadlines, roles where your application is going stale, and new actions that could move things forward. Think of it as a career coach who sees every job on your board.

Yes. The Coach runs mock interviews tailored to each specific role on your board. It asks the questions a hiring manager would ask for that role and company, listens to your answers, and gives feedback on structure, content, and confidence. You can practise as many times as you need.

ChatGPT has no context about your job search. The Coach sees your entire pipeline: which roles you've applied to, interview dates, follow-up windows, rejection patterns, and skill gaps across all your applications. It gives advice based on YOUR data, not generic templates.

Free users can try the Coach within their 5 AI generations per month. Pro users (£19/month) get unlimited access to daily briefings, mock interviews, rejection analysis, and salary coaching.
