How much is ApplyArc Pro, and how am I billed?

Choose 7 days for a £12 payment, £19/month billed monthly, or £45 billed every 3 months (£15/month equivalent). This pass does not renew. Monthly and 3-month subscriptions renew until cancelled. The Free plan stays free, with no card required.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Monthly and 3-month subscriptions renew automatically (£19/month monthly, or £45 every 3 months) until you cancel. The 7-day pass is not a subscription: it charges £12 once and ends automatically. If a subscription price changes, you get 30 days' notice and can cancel before it applies.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Every payment creates a receipt, emailed to you and saved in your Stripe billing portal. You can download past invoices there anytime, handy if you need to claim it back.

How do I update my card?

Open the Stripe billing portal from your account Settings and update your payment method in seconds. We never see or store your full card number.

How do I cancel?

One click. Cancel from Settings or the Stripe billing portal. No email, no phone call, no retention maze. Cancelling is as easy as signing up.

What happens when I cancel?

Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you move to Free automatically. You're never charged again once you cancel.

Will I lose my data if I cancel or downgrade?

No. Nothing is deleted. Your jobs, notes, resumes and history all stay. On Free you keep up to 100 tracked jobs and 5 AI generations a month, you just lose the unlimited Pro tools. Fair-use guardrails apply.

Can I get a refund?

Pro fees are non-refundable, and we don't refund partial months. Changing your mind, landing a job, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal aren't grounds for a refund, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to be charged again.

Is there a 14-day cooling-off period?

When you upgrade you ask us to start Pro straight away. Because access begins immediately, the standard 14-day cooling-off right stops applying once it does. That's the rule for digital services you choose to start at once, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

What if a feature doesn't do what you said?

Then we make it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a digital service has to match its description. If a Pro feature genuinely doesn't, email support@applyarc.com and we'll fix it or refund. A blanket "non-refundable" line never overrides that.

What if you discontinue a feature I'm paying for?

If we retire a Pro feature you paid for and don't replace it with something similar, we refund the unused part of your term. You shouldn't pay for something we took away.

Is there a genuinely free version?

Yes, and it's actually useful, not a teaser. Free gives you 100 tracked jobs, the Kanban board, and 5 AI generations every month, with no card and no trial clock. Test the AI properly before you ever pay.

Do promo codes work?

Promo codes can be entered on monthly or 3-month subscription checkout when offered. The 7-day pass does not accept promo codes.
