What changed and why
- 'Helped X' → never rewrite as 'Led X'. Recruiters call this seniority fabrication and bin the resume.
- Use Co-built, Partnered on, or Contributed to — then add the SPECIFIC slice of work the candidate owned.
- Defensible specifics (a freeze window, a service count) prove the candidate did the work without inflating their role.
- If you can't prove a number from the original bullet, omit it — adding fake scope is the #1 recruiter trust-killer.
